GDPR
This is an area of law that is very current today in Serbia, and there are few lawyers who know it. We are lucky that our lawyer Sanja Ristic worked for the Commissioner for the Protection of Information of Public Importance, where she gathered adequate knowledge in this area. The GDPR applies to every company that has citizens' data. The Law on Personal Data Protection, which entered into force in 2019, prescribes high penalties for legal entities that do not harmonize their business with the GDPR. In order for companies not to be severely punished and pay high fines, we provide our clients with various types of counseling and training, as a form of prevention, but control and taking measures related to data protection.

Supervision of the data processing process
Proposing and taking measures to inform the persons whose data are processed, by law and other regulations
Control of processing in order to check the necessity of processing, the required scope and legality of the purpose of data processing
Ensuring the availability of rights to persons whose data are collected and processed, respecting their rights
Informing the person about the change of the purpose of processing and creating and seeking additional consent when necessary
Informing the person and the supervisory body about security problems or other types of violations of the rules of laws and regulations, within the period provided by the Regulation
Keeping or organizing records of data processing activities, as well as updating existing ones
Education and training of employees to effectively apply the rules of the Regulation, which aims to minimize the risk of violating the rules of protection
Monitoring regulations, and informing the authorities in the Data Manager (DC) about new rules and needs that must be applied in business (general and individual acts)
